Rigid career paths and inflexible working hours are the top
career obstacles for women according to research into over 2,500 UK
working women conducted in November 2012. The Talking Talent report,
'Up, out or different – the career dilemma for UK women' looked
at the main pinch points challenging women's careers and hindering
their progression, as well as the skills and support needed to overcome
these barriers and succeed.
