The gang was led by mother and ringleader, Bozena Rak-Latos, 63, working with her son Kacper Latos, 36, and daughter Magdalena Latos, 33, to carry out the complex fraud through the Diamond Dental & Medical Clinic (pictured) in Finchley in north London.

All three were found guilty of fraud by false representation and conspiracy to defraud and were given suspended sentences and hundreds of hours of unpaid work on 12 December after a four-week trial at Wood Green Crown Court.

The dental practice traded as BRL Dentos Ltd and was the vehicle for the complex fraud which manipulated corporate dental insurance plans.
