Karl Lavender, 43, of Stretton in Staffordshire, and Adam Kilgallon, 39, from Twickenham were given one year and 10-month suspended sentences at Wolverhampton Crown Court after pleading guilty to two counts each of fraud by false representation at the same court last year.

Lavender was first employed as a locum paramedic by a private clinical staffing agency in 2017, where he was managed by Kilgallon, a recruitment consultant responsible for managing NHS clients and candidates in the Midlands.
