The deal saw the entire US tax team from Moore DM move across to HaysMac this week, including international tax director Chris Baker, who will continue to lead the team and becomes a director at HaysMac, with the incoming team bringing extensive experience in US compliance.

Baker has over 20 years of experience in expatriate tax, with an in-depth understanding of the complexities of US tax for Americans living abroad and the complex reporting requirements.
