Insolvency expert quits Deloitte for Wilkins Kennedy

High profile insolvency specialist Louise Brittain has left Deloitte for Wilkins Kennedy where she will be partner in the firm's insolvency team.

Brittain is well known for dealing with numerous celebrity personal bankruptcy and insolvency cases, including those of Michael Barrymore, Jonathan Aitken and Bruce Grobbelaar, as well as handling UK and multinational group insolvencies and asset tracing assignments.

Prior to Deloitte, Brittain held positions at Baker Tilly and PWC, and is a National Council member for the insolvency trade body R3 and was previously a non-executive director of the Insolvency Service Steering board.

Brittain, partner at Wilkins Kennedy, said: 'I am delighted to be joining such a focused and quality team. I look forward to contributing to the future growth and success of Wilkins Kennedy.'
