Mackenzie Spencer expands accounting arm into south east

Mackenzie Spencer, the Sheffield-based corporate finance firm, is expanding its accountancy practice, Grey and Green, into London and the south east, following a recent merger with Eastmonds & Co, an accountancy firm in Maidenhead

The expanded practice will be called Eastmonds and will remain at the current offices in Maidenhead. A new logo and company website is currently in development.

Chris Sellars, managing director of both Mackenzie Spencer and Grey and Green said: ‘We already have a number of London-based clients and this expansion into the south east represents our commitment to providing a better service.

‘Our purpose has always been to provide intelligent, proactive and candid advice to our clients and we are looking forward to now being able to offer this same service to businesses in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.'

Sellars and business partner Mark Stanley, will work alongside Stephen Eastmond, head of Eastmonds & Co, who has a strong background in taxation.

Stephen said: ‘Chris and Mark are driven, focused individuals and I am very excited about what Eastmonds will now be able to offer and I can only see us going from strength to strength.’
