MHA revenue shoots to £212m as IPO pays off

AIM listed MHA is on track to bowl its way into the Top 10 accountancy firms after UK revenue topped £212m as CEO, Rakesh Shaunak, shares his confidence with Business & Accountancy Daily

MHA’s overall revenue has jumped to £224.2m for financial year 2024, including fee income from Ireland and the Cayman Islands, up 24.4% on FY23 reported revenue of £180m.

The latest figures on the annual results showed revenue of £153m due to the exclusion of the Moore & Smalley acquisition value in the figures due to the April 2025 IPO. The results cover the period up until the listing on 15 April, with UK revenue accounting for £212m.

The acquisition could not be included in the FY 2024 accounts due to listings rules which meant the firm valued its fee income at £154m, reflecting a 45% increase to £224m. In terms of profitability, the firm recorded £36.3m profit before tax, up from £27.7m the year prior.
