EY has appointed Mark Wardle as a partner in its private equity and capital transactions (PCT) team. He joins EY’s M&A tax practice and will be responsible for accelerating growth, working alongside private equity firms as well as portfolio companies as they undertake M&A transactions. Wardle joins EY having been a partner for 11 years at PwC. He has extensive experience working with private equity houses and global organisations, helping to build faster deals that drive strategic growth and create greater value throughout the transaction lifecycle.
RSM UK has appointed Adam Krupski as office managing partner in its Stoke office. He has taken on the role after first joining the firm as a trainee in 2006 and brings with him16 years’ audit, accounting and business advisory experience. During his career, he has developed significant expertise within the automotive, manufacturing and retail industries, and previously headed up the regional sector group for manufacturing.
