The newly merged firm will have a team of more than 350 people across its two offices in the east and west Midlands, one in Birmingham and the other in PKF Cooper Parry’s and Castle Donington hub. It focuses on locally owned private businesses in the Midlands with a turnover in excess of £23m.

Based in Edgbaston, Clement Keys has seven partners and 100 staff. Turnover for the year ended 31 March 2015 was £6.4m. It is not currently a member of a network but it is a member of PrimeGlobal, a worldwide association of independent firms.

PKF Cooper Parry is part of a larger group of UK firms branded under the international PKF network label, which is ranked at number 11 in Accountancy’s Top 25 networks survey league table, with a £76m fee income and 117 partners.
