The push for integrated systems
has never been stronger and the possibilities have never been greater,
writes Lesley Meall.
In a perfect world, every single piece of software would automatically
be able to talk to every other piece of software. You wouldn’t
need to key in the same piece of information more than once or waste
time fixing transcription errors. Finding what you are looking for
would be a breeze, and we’d all understand each other a lot
better, because there would always be just one version of the truth.
