There have been an increasing number of requests in the last quarter from managing partners seeking assistance with their practice strategy. The pressure to continually evaluate new technologies, review a practice’s raison d’être and potentially change strategic direction are not unexpected.

The market is changing dramatically and although the status quo is a comfortable position that many practices wish would remain, client requirements, IT changes and resource availability is leading to an appreciation that change is necessary and inevitable.

The next – and even bigger – question for many practices is ‘how do we achieve this change?’.
