The merger follows private equity investment from CBPE in April 2023 and since the deal was signed, BKL has been looking for partnerships with other like-minded, people-focused firms.

BKL and Wilson Wright have a long history of working together and have built a strong relationship over many years, particularly in the London market. The firms said ‘it now feels like the right time to capitalise on the opportunities this provides as the businesses come together’.

As a result of the deal, the combined business will have two well-established bases in London: BKL’s office in north London and Wilson Wright’s office in central London.

Wilson Wright will retain its name for the time being and the firm's has been updated adding ‘part of BKL’ to the logo.
