As part of an ongoing statutory inquiry into the Captain Tom Foundation, the Charity Commission has disqualified Hannah and Colin Ingram-Moore from being charity trustees and from holding an office or employment with senior management functions in charities.

Hannah Ingram-Moore has been disqualified for 10 years, and Colin for eight years. 

When the inquiry was first launched, Hannah Ingram-Moore released a statement saying: ‘All of the £38.9m (including Gift Aid) raised in April 2020 for Captain Tom’s walk for the NHS was collected by Just Giving and transferred directly to NHS Charities Together which had sole responsibility for disbursement of the money.

‘Captain Tom and his family have never been involved in any discussion or decision on this disbursement.’
