MHA MacIntyre Hudson has confirmed it is to merge its City of London and North London offices in a move which will see the seven partners and more than 60 Whetstone-based staff join their City colleagues
The combined City of London headcount will reach 28 partners and 270 staff, with a fee income of approximately £21.5m. Overall, MHA MacIntyre Hudson ranked 16th in Accountancy’s most recent Top 75 firms survey, with a fee income of £50.6m.
The existing City office, based at New Bridge Street near Blackfriars, provides corporate finance, business recovery and outsourcing services. It is also home to a general practice team and specialists covering the not for profit sector.

In all, the firm has 89 partners and over 580 staff in fourteen offices in London, the South East, East Anglia, and the Midlands and in the Cayman Islands. MHA MacIntyre Hudson is the UK member of Baker Tilly International.
