The merged firm will have 13 partners and 160 staff and will continue to operate under the Russell Brennan Keane brand from its offices at Dublin, Athlone and Roscommon.

Andrew Partners is a boutique professional services firm providing accounting, audit and tax services to SMEs, large local companies and Irish subsidiaries of multinationals. It was founded by the principals, Brendan Mullally FCA and Conor O’Brien FCA.

The fee income for Russell  Brennan Keane was €9.5m (£7m) in 2013 and it is ranked in the top 20 accounting practices in Ireland.
