FRRP: Clean sweep

Small caps’ narrative reports could do with a spring clean – to get the right detail in and avoid regulatory scrutiny, says Scott Knight

In September 2012, the Financial Reporting Review Panel (FRRP) issued its annual report detailing activities for the year. In this report, the panel expressed concerns regarding the quality of reporting of some smaller listed and AIM quoted companies.
